What we did?

Within Hermés, each brand (Paula, Kids & Hunter) has it’s CMS which allows Paula’s team to play and adapt it’s content to whatever they define. More so, Paula Cahen D’Anvers has a subdomain for it’s Outlet Store (, which, apart from having it’s own CMS, enables setting specific policies regarding products, commercial strategies/rules, payment method integrations, and logistic carriers.

From vision to execution

The subdomain strategy not only means we’re diversifying dispatch through different warehouses, it also enables setting independent commercial policies, which in fashion means allowing more aggressive policies without harming the brand in it’s main web.
